Sizing: Adult sizing are a unisex style and I recommend that ladies go down one size what you would normally wear (size charts here) For example if you normally wear a Large, I would go with a Medium. Youth sizing is true to size, but a size chart for youth can also be found in link above.  Please note: the youth tees are a bit lighter shade of orange than the adults (see pictures above!)
